Plenty Host is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.
Plenty Host offers a 14 day money back guarantee on all products except Dedicated Servers. To be eligible for a refund, none of the following conditions can exist; (1) the service in question has used more than 10% of total available bandwidth transfer, (2) the account/service has received abuse related complaints, (3) the account/service has been cancelled/suspended because of a violation of these terms. When cancelling the service, please indicate at the time of cancellation you would like apply for the 14 Day Money Back Guarantee.
PlentyHost requires a ten (10) day notice of cancellation prior to the billing renewal date for the upcoming billing cycle, submitted via the Control Panel. A ten (10) day notice before the upcoming billing date is also required for any downgrades. All client data will be destroyed immediately after the cancellation date. If the notice of cancellation is not provided within ten (10) days, the server will still be canceled however a termination fee of $25 will be applied to the account and must be paid within 15 days to avoid full account suspension.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Plenty Host and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings. By using our services, you are also bound by our Acceptable Use Policy.
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in ca for the resolution of any disputes.
